My raison d’être is to help smaller organisations – the startups with an idea, the charities with a small budget, the business owners with little time, or any combination thereof. I enjoy the buzz around small dynamic teams, speaking to the decision makers, helping them get the most out of their (often) limited budgets and time constraints.

I’m fairly experienced. I have been helping organisations communicate for over twenty years, having spent eleven running a marketing department for a technology company. I come with a bit of a marketing/business angle, not just pixels and paper.

My ability to understand the environment you operate in, particularly if you are a charity, a small business or operating in the technology or financial sector, is also what sets me apart from some. Understanding how it functions, in what type of competitive environment it operates, what makes users click, helps in identifying the right message, style and tone.

Flexibility is also a big plus. I’m available 24/7 x 365. When you have something urgent, it gets done.

And I’m quite versatile. My skill set is wide, rather than deep (as I like to keep things simple, whenever possible). Should you hire me for a specific project, there’s every chance that I can help on other tasks, as and when needed, ensuring your communication style remains consistent throughout.
