Downview Bookkeeping is a Quickbooks Silver ProAdvisor, meaning we know Quickbooks inside out. But should you have your accounts already entered in a different package, we can work with that too. We will adapt to your methods.
Our Process
This is how we will proceed to organise your books and keep your accounts in order.
1. Enquiry
From your enquiry, we will ask you questions about your business, and any previous accounting-bookkeeping activity. From there, we will explain how we can help, what you can expect from us, and how much it will cost.
2. Contract
If you are happy with our proposal, we will put it all in a contract. Once our contract is signed and returned, we will begin work on your accounts.
3. Study existing accounts
One of the first things we will need to do will be to study your existing accounts, if any, and recommend how to best go forward based on your existing situation. If you are starting from scratch, we will suggest an accounting system to suit your business style.
4. Year end
Throughout the year we will provide the services agreed, or keep in touch just to make sure that things are running smoothly. Shortly after the end of your financial year, we will be in touch to check that all the information needed for the various financial statements is available, and will work on getting those ready for submission.
